      Bad place to work. Too political

      Great benefit plane and PTO package.

      Cons

      The training system is a work in progress. Employees are withheld from performing so management may use a performance evaluation to fire them. This is a political strategy to regulate the budget.

      Flexibility. Workload. Chill people. Supportive.

      Cons

      Pay is absolutely horrible. Employees are not getting paid fairly. Young people coming in with very high pay higher than someone with couple years of experience. Must be on site 3 days would been better if they could push it back to the 2 day.
