      You will never be good enough. Management is delusional. Can't hang up on anyone even if they cuss you out or tell you your stupid. If you do, you will get written warning

      Steady and secure company, don't have to deal with the cyclical nature of the automotive industry. Good 401k matching.

      Because of the job security there is less room for upward mobility as management level doesn't really job hop.
