Upper management is stuck in the 1980’s, very little career or salary progression, took away fully remote work despite everyone begging them not to, doing much more work due to mass employee exodus/buyout earlier this year.

High workloads and declining employee population. Executives are taken care of before employees including promotions and raises during hiring and raise freezes for everyone else. Questionable executive/senior leader appointment more recently.
