      Local employer. Can easily snow managemnt with BS.

      Cons

      Older Engineers get no raises (not even annual cost of living). Annual pay actually decreases when cost of living increase are considered. Strong talk on unionization of Engineering Professionals.

      Great pay and co-workers, everyone was very supportive and committed to helping me become a productive member of the department.

      Cons

      Difficult to secure a full time position as an intern. Most positions are either filled internally or by over-qualified outside talent.
