      Lot of Internal Politics- IT Delivery Heads, Supervisor doesn't know anything, Take Drastic & Ridiculous decisions. Lot of Partiality. When they doesn't know technology how can they even hire or fire. Worst Management

      Pros

      I love the fact that this job takes care of their employees in the aspect that they provide food when overtime is needed. Room for advancements but it by seniority. Its is a union. There is tuition reimbursement. Benefits are awesome!!!

      Cons

      This job is not organized and some of the supervisors are very rude. They treat their contractors like crap. The pay isn't all that good unless you have been there for a while. Do not get pregnant are with child when hired this can count against you in the future. This job is not at all flexible unless you have been there for many years. It is best to stay to yourself or your problems and your information can become the talk of the call-center.
