      they change everything around every two years, new supervisors, and policies. Nothing is consistent unless your work for the customer service and billing

      Safety is a huge part of the corporate culture. The pay is great. Energy and Utilities are a sustainable industry.

      Cons

      A lack of permanent entry-level opportunities. Seems as if they are using student employees for low-cost supplemental labor without efforts/desire to get them hired permanently.
