      Pros

      The department and department supervision I work for are an understanding group. That is not my sentiment company wide.

      Cons

      Stagnation of your position. There is little oppurtunity to advance regardless of effort and successes. Positions are shuffled instead of rewarded to deserving employees.

      Pros

      DTE is a strong believer in team engagement, and hold various events throughout the year to get their employees out of the office and in a stress free environment.

      Cons

      A con would be that there are postitions where you work the hours that your manager works, which could be a difficult schedule especially if you have a family and they don't.
