      You'll learn the importance of working with others to get assignments done. The pay is worth the hassle of getting projects done.

      Cons

      You must be able to communicate with fellow employees to stay informed on what's going on. Not everyone is familiar with what they're assignments, but you'll find that anywhere. There also may be disputes in meetings but that's the corporate world.
