      Challenging but rewarding work. Plenty of opportunities (especially for Engineers) to move around the company. Constantly striving to improve.

      It's a utility so some workers are less motivated, making your job difficult at times.

      Great experience in a major corporation in a major city. I would definitely recommend this as a first internship.

      There were not too many negatives to working at DTE Energy; it was a great atmosphere with good values and great support.
