Pros

Great learning experience, left with a heap of knowledge about the distribution system. Worked with some great people, made lifelong friends.

Cons

Can be a very bureaucratic, gossipy atmosphere. Some work can be very dull and meticulous, but this is typical for most internships.

The work is easy and you learn a lot about the business, software packages they use, and gain customer relation experience.

Cons

I have not received a full-time offer yet even though I am graduating at the end of the year. They want me to have my degree before they interview me for a full-time position. This is not across all groups, just the one I was in.
