      Equivlent to an obsticle course and/or an army boot camp.

      Pros

      DTE has a 401K program and excellent opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Promotions are subjective. Candidate selection is primarily determined by management not skills. Managements forcus is more on friendship and behavior. If you are quiet and accept anything management does to you (no backbone, yesman, or doormat mentality) you have a better chance of promotion.
