NOTHING, literally nothing. wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemies

Cons

Company is built on miscommunication and lies. Management never listens, terrible environment. every department doesn't wanna do its job. They make it seem like your working for hundreds and thousands of dollars. Very toxic company. I grew white hair from how stressful and annoying the company is. CEO is one cheap guy who doesn't care about anyone but his pockets. He did a ""hiring freeze"" and fired all contractors while still profiting millions a year. The miscommunication and lies in that company makes you hate your life.

Good benefit package 10% 401k matching for 8% employee participation

Cons

Low salary partially offset by long term incentive plan that is non-guaranteed. Ask the 11 employees working the in New Milford, PA office of their recent ultimatum “your job has been relocated 350 miles away - move there or turn in your resignation” with a $0 severance package - what their experience was in 2017. You should expect lots of stress and poor work-life balance.
