Great benefits, competitive salary, unlimited PTO

Cons

Too much emphasis on engineering rather then focusing on product innovation. Several talented people have been laid-off or have quit the company in last 3 years.

Flexible, family friendly, casual, old-school, Midwest values.

Cons

Managers who do not know how to manage or coach employees. SLT members who come in and take action (such as a layoff) and do not have a clue who all reports to the person he/she is laying off. DTN underpays its employees. I would caution candidates to get a full financial picture of this company before landing a job here.
