full time work from home. Yearly increase despite issues on revenue/yearly target. No timesheet.

Cons

If you're not in engineering department, you will be greatly challenged. Weekly check-ins are exhausting when you're trying to solve issues that shouldn't be your problem, engineering manager's misplaced authority over you, frequent change of leadership, frequent change of manager. Use of feedback as an excuse to disrupt you, is abused on this role.
