      Great culture and environment but no opportunities for promotion and salary increase

      Pros

      - Flexible work arrangement. We only need to meet once a month in the office - Self-organized team - People are easy to work with

      Cons

      - No annual increase once you reached the salary cap for your position, unless there's a "business need" :p - Hard to be promoted even you worked with multiple projects

      Great environment but the salary cap thing sucks

      Pros

      - WFH setup - Wide variety of opportunities - Flexible in terms of technologies and tools to us - Good and healthy environment, no toxic peeps so far

      Cons

      - Salary cap hinders us from getting an an annual increase which makes it hard to cope up with inflation. They should really, at least, provide a minimum increase of 5-10% every year since prices are increasing very quickly recently.
