Pros

- Good company to learn new tech stuffs. - A great place to work.

Cons

- WFH is great but perhaps we can switch to full on site or at least hybrid setup for leaders to know what is really happening on each team. They don't have much visibility as much as they say but the reality is they sometimes rely only on perspective of other people and they don't see who really is doing all the work. - A great place to work but it offers some limitations with the current setup. Going to a hybrid will give much better benefit to the management and the company. - HR in the PH sometimes doesn't know or have an idea what to do as well and this might give way to some politics in the office.
