Great People Ability to run your own team Lots of client/candidate interaction Fun environment Great office space Flexible and approachable leadership You have to work hard to keep up, but it never gets boring

Pros
Great work environment, collegial atmosphere minus the large, corporate bureaucracy. The opportunity to make good money is available, per your efforts, of course. If you're a go-getter with a good and communicative personality, you will succeed handsomely here -- and enjoy yourself while you're at it!
Cons
Nothing stands out. However, if you're are not a collaborative individual, this will not be the company for you.
