-Fantastic Coworkers -Great pay -Great work/life balance -Nice office space -Friendly leadership

Cons

-Being able to work from home would be a nice innovation. Many companies have already been set up for this at least part time and it would be great to have that too.

Work rarely slows down, and working fast & efficiently is a must Occasional conflicts with clients and candidates, which require above par negation skills.
