      Pros

      1. They encourage you to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      1. Even though you learn new technologies you wont be working in any of those. 2. Your manager can be your worst nightmare. Depends on yours some are very nice. 3. They give you hope that new projects are coming in with new technologies but it will not come no matter how long you wait 4. They will make you work like robots. No respect given to personal life. This too depends on your team. 5. They will provide you with the points you have to set as next fiscal year goals. You have to enter only those. I dont know then why is there such a activity. 6. No salary hike at all. After completing one year they gave me a hike which is just Rs 750 a month increase.
