Management is not making good decisions. Unfocused and illogical cutbacks are resulting in poor customer service and loss of contracts, loss of high performing individuals, and loss of certain skill sets. Competent upper management is resigning due to the chaos and poor decision making.

In my 20 years of technology project management employment, I have never worked for a more disloyal and irresponsible company. Only employees who are cut-throat, ruthless and enjoy throwing shade on others will survive. It is not a very uplifting or motivating environment and the moment you try to instill any accountability or suggest industry standard or methods, you will be shot down. The 'old' way of doings things is norm here and suggesting anything else it pointless. Meetings are riddled with resources who are rude, demeaning and will cut you off at every chance. And forget about seeing a raise - no raises were given to most employees in the past 3 years. Again, the worst corporate experience I have ever had.
