Pros

Weekends and holidays off Some holidays paid My worksite has great people to work with

After changing to DXC less holidays are paid now No raises at all no matter what you do or how long you've worked there. New people being hired are making more than you for the same position Very greedy company, laid off tons of employees at my job site. Having people who aren't qualified take over jobs that were laid off. Company clearly doesn't care about its employees as we have had a few different things broken for months. Very misleading management, give you false hope Use of very old software which harms productivity but also can pose a very big security risk to sensitive information They will ask more of you / raise quotas without any kind of compensation They took away accrued vacation time and replaced it with flex vacation. I'm assuming they did this so people can't cash out their vacation time at the end of the year. Another greedy move by the company. No room to advance at all really.

Pros

Flexible work from home policy (dependent on location)

Cons

The DXC philosophy is to give as little as possible to the employees and company to keep it from crumbling. It's always on the verge of crumbling. I've never seen lower morale (myself included). The systems/tools provided to employees are embarrassing and cause an extreme lack of productivity and frustration. You will never get a raise and the view is if you don't like it then leave which is what most people do.

Pros

There are a number of longer term contracts on the books that may keep staff employed

Cons

Too much work has been outsourced to, unqualified inexperienced, low-cost centers, leaving a skeleton crew of talented people to carry the load. Raises and bounces are virtually non-existent. Morale is very low. There is no corporate culture to speak of (unless "toxic doom" can be consideed a culture". There is very much an us-against-them mentality: Front line and mid management employees vs. the leadership, and DXC vs. the client base.
