Low salaries, below average work environment, no professional growth

Still implementing WFH model for almost all the employees, making life a bit easier instead of wasting 4 hours in travel everyday.
Cons
No work culture. No team bonging exercises. No team outings. (So once me and few other employees who reside in and near Delhi decided to meet up for lunch. When we asked our manager to get it reimbursed, we got a clear NO. No, we don't care much about money as it wasn't that much but it goes to speak for the company and what it does for employees). Only additional benefit you get here is Medical Insurance and nothing else. For people at "Associate" roles, we don't even get yearly bonus. We were told it was already being added to our salary. And even after that, the salary is low. It might be that the project I am on is not good, and other projects might be doing well but I didn't even get to choose the project. They just give you any project wherever they need someone, regardless of what skills or interest you have.
