Great and Flexible Working Environment

Pros

The working environment is consistent and great for professional growth. Overall my department has great chemistry and make working here a positive experience. I've worked for other organizations that had a slow or no formal onboarding process, but here I've received good training. The pay and benefits are average to other positions within my field ,but some of the incentives assist in this area and there is room for advancement within the company. I have worked for companies with higher pay ,but less incentives and negative work environments which can make it difficult to stay positive about coming to work.

Cons

Management training could be increased a bit

Pros

I lot of interesting and diverse technical problems to solve. They support you when you request additional education related to the job. There are a lot of good people in the company.

Cons

Never had a pay raise even though my review(s) were outstanding.

Overall Good Experience

Pros

If you have good production numbers and a want to move the ladder, the will help you do this. The Dallas branch moved me from a Warehouse Packer to a Procurement Buyer in three years. This will not be the track for everyone, but with the right work ethic and drive you can get to a satisfactory place in the company.

Cons

High amount of employees makes and rigorous production demands make you feel more like just a number than a named employee. Very long hours in the warehouse. Lots of overtime. Everything is production based so if you're not performing as needed you will not last.
