Pros
Good pay, and if you work hard you can move up. Work flexibility is awesome, to balance your family and work life.
Cons
The senior management is incompetent and does not realize that the reason they purchased the companies that they did is because . . . "THEY WERE ALREADY PROFITABLE!" You don't need to come in and completely change a good thing. They like to put their DXP stamp on everything which results in screwing their employees and losing their customers.
