      Nice, new DC and plenty of hours if you want them.

      Pros

      Pay competitive with other local DC jobs. Plenty of overtime opportunities. DC manager is a fair, no-nonsense, straight-shooter and recognizes those DC associates who are dependable and work hard, too. No "flying below the radar" here. Standard individual performance metrics, updated and posted publicly. Good equipment. Benefits available.

      Cons

      Extremely hot during summer months (no AC on production floor), not located in the best neighborhood. Work hours can spike and be somewhat excessive (weekends and overtime) based on customer demand. Shift supervision sometimes erratic.

      Flexible schedule. Good pay depending on your position. Anything and everything is available to sell.**

      Cons

      Little to no training. Corporate and accounting are the ANTI sales departments. Interbranch competition rather than cooperation. Management out of touch with modern world. Management afraid to critique, review, or fire the dead weight. Anything and everything is available to sell.** Why be an expert? I can just throw everything at the wall and see what sticks.
