      Great employees, easy to work with and set own schedule.

      Cons

      Management does not take safety seriously its a cost burden. Market condition's down safety is first to go.

      Pros

      fairly laid back, younger work environment, monthly commission based bonus. Managers are knowledge able and provide frequent training of the current products.

      Cons

      Heavily relies on oil and gas industry so when market is down they are slow and make adjustments with the company personnel. Seems like you are just a number to the company at times as they don't tend to put the employee first.

      several good characters at various levels of the company), pay and benefits were average; opportunities for upward mobility are good if you are political. building is completely evacuated by 5:01pm

      Cons

      if @ HQ, the cubicles/offices, building, and bathrooms were depressing. the whole company could have used a facelift (circa 2012). majority of employees seemed very apathetic (in general, at the HQ)
