      Pros

      Laid back environment, people are nice, easy job, no stress.

      Cons

      Pay is very low is the only downfall. I gave myself a 20k raise looking somewhere else when laid off from DXP (due to oil and gas).

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, friendly people, upper management is accessible, experienced large revenue growth last decade. Good work and life balance. When times are good bonus augments average salaries.

      Cons

      Sales dependent on oil & gas economy, currently reducing pay and sporadic layoffs lowering employee morale. Remaining employees must do additional work for less pay.

      Pros

      Solid industry experience, customer relations are good, will go the extra mile, have worked with some knowledgeable people.

      Cons

      Company revenue is largely based on the oil/gas industries. During volatile times, this affects your pay greatly as far as bonus and 401K matching.
