You get good engineering experience and exposure to large projects with major companies.

Cons

Compensation is much lower in comparison to other engineering companies. Bonus structure was unclear. Not much room for growth within the company.

Cons

Terrible angry sales staff yelling at you, dirty threadbare work environment. One look inside dingy sales office you will want to run.
