      -People and co-workers are great... -Work Ethic is great... -Procedures worked... -Pay was fair...

      Cons

      ...but, there needs to be more promotion or incentives when a yearly review is positive. ...but, the company needed more team building and cohesiveness. ...but, could use updating within the PDM system and updated standards. ...but, company needs to be more competitive within the average market pay range.

      Some Job Security. Ok Benefits. Not too much micromanaging. Start your career at DXP and THEN go get a decent paying job with a future!

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end of the industry...Very poor support services (IT). Very poor incentive program.
