Pros
There really aren't any positives other than it's a paycheck and nobody really pays much attention to what you're doing throughout your work day.
Cons
I've worked for some places that I thought were hell on earth...I was wrong, DXP is the worst company I've ever drawn a check from. Their CEO and executive team are ego maniacs that are constantly pushing their own agenda to prove their worth. DXP has more damn VP's than a bank! As if the over abundance of mid level managers isn't bad enough, their account managers make their living by screwing each other out of sales and then they become ghosts when customers actually need help. DXP is proof that even the most poorly managed company in the rotating equipment business can make money in spite of itself.
