Pros

Lots of experience in all different areas if you're curious enough to dive in. Management notices and compliments successes. If you're willing to stay there for a number of years they do well of promoting from within.

Cons

If you're curious enough to dive in you will become an "expert" in areas you are not an expert. Tons of hours given and lots of commitments to auditors. Hard to manage everything and the bonus structure was never clear or communicated my management.
