Surplus amount of work, but that’s it.

Cons

Poor medical benefits, dental, and vision. Work day is an absolute joke of a system for those of us that don’t have a computer readily available. Excessive overtime for under equipped shops.

Good introduction into the business world post undergrad Co-workers were great and supportive Progression in the company opened the door to better opportunities for myself

Cons

Promised a rotational program, but there is nothing rotational about it. You are essentially a CSR. Pay is garbage Had 2 GMs. One of which was a terrible manager and was more aligned with sales than managing people. Both have since been promoted Became a site manager in another city, but company did not pay for me to move and wasnt paid enough to pay to move myself

30+ years with Kenneth Crosby and DXP after the purchase of KC. I love what I do and the people I work with. We are a team and like a family helping and caring for one another. We are a strong and successful branch always striving to be bigger and better. I am proud to be a member of this team.

Cons

As a branch - We run into struggles as all companies do and can't always fix things as fast as we may like but we never give up on working to improve. As a corporation - Higher up management does not always appear to be aware of the dept struggles in corp and the slow down that this causes on the branch level.
