      Pros

      Salary is decent but the downside is you never get a raise after being hired.

      Cons

      Don't expect to get a raise after being hired. Nepotism runs rampant here. There are hidden love affairs amongst managers. Very cliquish and treacherous people so fit in and be prepared to throw your coworkers under the bus or get fired.

      Pros

      Lots of overtime. Good insurance. I've seen it take a lot for some one to actually get fired. Paid sick days.

      Cons

      Poorly ran company from top to bottom. They use their pretty good benefits to keep from giving out raises. Oil industry so they do have layoffs.

      Not much outside of a weekly paycheck, beats being unemployed but just slightly

      Cons

      Vastly low wages compared to anyone else in the industry Extremely poor management starting from the highest positions on down No business foresight Benefits are lacking in coverage and expensive Lies,lies, & more lies
