      Pros

      Lots of experience gained in a fast paced office. Don't have to work weekends and you have responsibility for everything with the customer from pump application to closing the order and billing them.

      Cons

      Not enough formal training. No raise in the 3 years I was there. Bonuses were not a prolific as promised. 401 K match taken away.
