Pros

Nice office. Brand new Macs----no way I am ever going back to Windows. Chill atmosphere---everyone is really cool and you can wear whatever you want. If you're good at sales, you will love it. If you are lazy and want everything handed to you, then you will absolutely hate it. Give it 100% your first month and you are golden. Great opportunity for advancement. If you have something to contribute, they let you run with it. Ping pong table.

Cons

The ping pong balls aren't regulation. How am I supposed to compete at a high level with regular ping pong balls? But seriously, you have to buy your own health insurance. But the pay is so good that I'd much rather do that than work at some scrub company and get a couple bucks off my PPO.

DYL senior leadership does everything they can to make every employee happy and come to work excited. They are also HIGHLY visible every single day, including the CEOs. Our employees are intelligent, fun to work with, and passionate about their work. I think this is the most significant factor that makes DYL a great place to work. -Casual -Opportunities for growth -Supportive Staff -Fresh Coffee
