Pros

If you work hard, this job will reward you BIG TIME. Greatest office atmosphere I've been a part of. It's not the typical telemarketing snoozer of a job. You won't be depressed come Monday mornings.

Cons

Sitting at a desk all day. Like ping pong, though? Problem solved. If you are not self motivated and expect money to come to you, this job isn't for you.

Pros

Comfortable environment. Opportunity for growth. Senior management is very approachable. Overall I'd say DYL is a great place to work, especially coming from a much stuffier, corporate environment. We work hard, but we have a lot of fun too.

Cons

I'd rather get paid to sip fruity drinks on a beach somewhere. Other than that, no complaints. Since the company is growing so quickly, there is sometimes a lack of formal structure. This is a positive for me though. Opportunity to think outside the box, and to step up. And those who do so are typically recognized.

Pros

Great environment and good vibes from the team all around. Laid back on dress code. Weekends off can't beat that. Not far from the beach and farmers market every Friday. Running AC in the office

Cons

No health insurance and no stocks currently.
