Pros

friendly coworkers, flexible break time, casual attire

Cons

Has upper management that is inaccessible via company chat or office visits, management that does not offer much training, has a dwindling customer base, has a high employee turnover, there are no viable plans to grow or expand sales to new industries as the current client base shrinks, there is no job security, many employees I talk to feel that management that doesn't accept constructive criticism from staff, there was a persistent low company morale

Toxic Work Place- Don't Work Here!

Pros

Benefits, is the only thing that made me stay as long as I did.

Cons

If you want to work for a company where you are feeling like you're constantly being picked on and your work is always criticized, then be my guest. If you want to deal with unhappy, rude, and fake bosses then this is the place for you! If you want to have to think of creative ways to "add value" to a broken/ buggy product to customers, then please apply to work here. This company constantly uses gas lighting methods to make it seem like you're the issue and you need to do better but newsflash, if you don't kiss up to management, you can forget about your hard work meaning anything! They let someone with COVID still work in the office and didn't even let us know. This company needs to be shut down for violating California workplace codes. I couldn't leave this place fast enough.

Pros

The only pro! (I cannot stress this enough) the only PRO is that it’s Monday through Friday. And that’s it

Cons

I don’t think you guys enough time to read my review. Let’s start with the head of the company James and Matt, these geniuses hold the tag team titles for worst CEOs ever. Matt doesn’t really do anything bad, he just let James get away with so much, for example talking down to employees, calling his staff idiots. You guys should consider some diversity training since you guys keep getting hit with discrimination lawsuits, how many lawsuits would it take for you guys to get it? Moving on to the CCO, Anula has an open door policy if it only benefits her and only her. She keep dragging you along about getting raises along with more responsibilities but when the conversation comes up about getting a raise , she tells you that your not doing enough. Now, you’re probably thinking, how long ago was this? Let me give you some recent moments. Their whole response to Covid-19 was “ you’re all young, nothing is going to happen to you”, they’re a software company that sells the feature of working from anywhere you want but they force their employee to come into the office and sit next to each other when the CDC clearly states 6 feet apart from each other. Forcing their employee back into the office has caused for two of their employees to quit.
