Not a Company for Retirement

Pros

If you want to move up and grow in the company they will make it as long as you are willing to put in the work. They will even create a position if it’s needed. The culture there is extremely lively. You will see C-Suite members and Executives on the regular. Most individuals in the company are on a first name basis which is great.

Cons

Poor benefits, high turnover rate, low compensation, and lack of appreciation for individual who work hard for real change. I feel like being at this company is a great place to get started in your “corporate career” but not to retire. Do not join this company with the same view point of a Fortune 500 company…this is not the place. Also, I have experience and witness unethical practices that I have had to report to HR…regularly. There are only a few individuals in management that actually have the qualifications to be in management. Low staff departments are worked to the bone and not appreciated until their absence. Work life balance does not exist.
