At the frontline level, the altruistic goals that Davita espouses is lost on them. They certainly are not generous with their techs and in my personal perspective this creates a lot of anxiety, which in turn has a deleterious effect on patient care.

far too many junior and senior managers who distract from patient care with conference calls that lack connection to the day to day operations of the dialysis center. we don't need micromanagement on how to care for patients, we need actual time to do the work. Make a name for yourself within the organization without wasting my time.
