      FAKE and RIDICULOUS

      Pros

      Money. The company is good at throwing large bonuses around to the FA and above to retain folks. Serving the patients is always a plus.

      Cons

      The upper echelon is fake. They expect you to give so much of your personal time and life for the rah rah BS that has nothing to do work the "job". It is ridiculous. There are evidenced times when upper management has been observed/witnessed to be making fun of the lower echelon when they thought no one was watching. You are a PAWN in the chess game to making the big headed KT richer!

      Pros

      For some business roles there is openness to working from home, they are becoming more rare though as the company moves into more draconian working styles.

      Cons

      Leadership is old fashion and does not display a great deal of trust in their employees. There's a definite division of us and them with leadership being separated at many levels and lacking communication with everyone else. Not only that but it's rife with silos and pockets of groups with significantly different procedures that step on each other's feet. It has been getting worse everyday and nothing is being done to make it better.

      Relationships with patients, Bonuses Twice a Year, Great Learning Environment, Every Sunday Off, Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas!!!!!

      Cons

      This is the worst job I've ever had. If you are looking for a place of employment with no professionalism, this is the place to be. On the interview you are made to believe Davita is the best company to work for. Once you are hired, you will see "DaGhetto". RNs DONT LOWER YOUR STANDARDS
