Pros
Great team environment. Everyone is onboard to making this company/product great. Everyone seems to be helpful and willing to do their job at a high level, and when you see that happening, it rubs off on you to do the same. It just seems like everyone wants to do well. The procedures are constantly changing but you have to expect that any startup. You get used to it. It is a great industry to be in because obviously e-commerce isn't going anywhere any time soon. The Daasity product it self is very beneficial for e-commerce brands so that's a huge plus knowing that the product will be here for awhile if it continues to grow. I would say the benefits are pretty solid. Great work life balance as well. No one complains about that part. Unlimited PTO.
Cons
I'd say just a few more headcount on the support side of things. Support cannot always do everything so just more people would probably make things better. 100% Health benefits would be nice. I understand we're still growing so I'm sure will be get that 80% coverage will go up to 100% in no time.
