      Poor Comp Plan; Poor leadership with panicked expectations for sales and no faith in staff to do their jobs; This is not a place for anyone beyond entry level sales

      Pros

      Honestly, I'm writing this review because I saw all the negative ones and I must say I do not echo their sentiments. I've been working for Daegis for about a year and have really enjoyed my time here. We are a small, growing company so there is a lot of work to be done. The senior leadership team is very strong and has us all moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      I read another review that says the office looks like a call center. Yes, it could use some sprucing up but the break room is bright and the 15th floor views are nice.
