Daegis offers a lot of flexibility for its employees to plan and conduct their work to achieve the expected results. It's a creative environment where new ideas are encouraged. I get great support from management and good feedback on the work I produce. Many employees have been a long time with the company which create a good knowledge base and experience to build on while at the same time new recruitment enables a strategy of growth.

Worked here for 9yrs. Cheap pay for employees, but morale was good when it was a private company. Still cheap pay, lost bonus plan, and no morale after it was bought out by another company. They dropped a lot of talented employees and kept very few special ones when moving operations. If you choose not to learn you stay stagnant, if you work hard to learn new things then potential for growth is there - but you must take a lot of initiative on your own to grow. Management changes a lot and the structure didn't seem stable. There are very good managers but it depends which department.
