      Due to the flexible environment, there is not very much structure, at least for Field Test (System Integration) or Implementation

      Terrible Company Culture

      Good benefits and decent pay.

      Cons

      Friendships are frowned upon and company culture is negative. If you speak to each other about anything other than work, you are in trouble. Management expects you to be a robot at your desk with no social interactions. Unless this is how you work, you will never be promoted.
