      Pros

      The work life balance program is great. They are flexible with your schedule as long as the work gets done. They have 3 de-stressor weeks a year where no meetings are scheduled and very few emails. Overall good benefits and management.

      I do not have any negative things to say about the company.

      Cons

      No work life balance Early morning and late evening meetings People/managers work during vacations No proper training /mentoring No one had time to make u feel welcome as everyone v busy with their many tasks People work 10- 12 hrs approx per day Not structured! Too much to keep up with!
