Pros

Good pay and still allowing flexible working from home.

Cons

You often have to work from 7 a.m. to midnight to conduct meetings with Japan, often multiple days per week. There is a very heavy meeting schedule with so many meetings a waste of time. Project teams are not empowered. Instead, senior "leaders" with inadequate or inappropriate experience for the task at hand expect to be decision makers, often overruling suggestions from project teams and functional experts (who have often already liaised with several external opinion leaders). This is very demotivating for many team members and project teams frequently do not feel empowered, but rather quite demoralized. There is often a daunting process to get approval for even the most trivial decision, with endless meetings and sometimes over 20, 30 or 40 reviewers making pointless comments, all of which have to be acknowledge and addressed. This often wastes weeks of time for project team members and slows down projects compared to industry standards.

Pros

great for followers or paper pushers

Cons

reviewers have said it all - bad leadership disguised as management aka micro-management. devoid of leadership, promoting undermining tactics that causes distrust and inability to form basic working relationships, which gets them ignored, but then wonder why. Lack of self-development and critical thinking - throwing themselves to support random ideas or solutions that are against company direction, human respect, or any experience. cumulates to poor judgement, promoting followers and paper pushers, while these are the most two-faced - behaving one way in front of "leaders" with their manufactured facade - sharing stolen strategy and thoughts

Pros

Company is growing fast and excited about their newly launched compound. Interesting work and flexibility to work from home. There are lots of smart and ambitious people here.

Cons

Expect to work 70+ hours a week and feel like you are not doing enough. They are completely disorganized and understaffed. 8-10 hours of work is often assigned at 4:00 in the afternoon and expected the next day. Everything is done at the last minute. Meetings often start at 7:00 AM and the last one of the day ends at 7:00 PM. The expectation is that you go home and get your work done then before the next day.
