A job- that's all. Honestly.

Cons

Horrible management that picks favorites. leadership and pipeline are non existent. Last layoff got rid of some of our best people leaving many who don't work. New salaries ar well below industry standard.

The vacation time and benefits are the only positive things at this company. This is a good company to use as a stepping stone to get into the pharma industry, to then get a real pharma job. I had been here over 8 years, it used to be a good company.

Cons

They don't value their employees. Layoffs for the past 5 years. District managers suck and have no idea how to truly lead and inspire. They have no pipeline and future. New leadership don't know what they are doing. Don't expect to grow with this company, they hire from outside. Horrible bonus compared to other companies.
