      Pros

      Winning culture. Current products are a salesperson's dream. Customers respond to a good salesperson, they won't sell by itself. Transforming in to a specialty company, with much higher pay and benefits than last year. Important drugs that make a difference in patient's lives.

      Cons

      Company is currently undergoing drastic changes; Most good talent left with announcement of reorganization. Pipeline is in question.

      Work from home multiple days/week, 6% 401K match, vacation policy.

      Cons

      No hopeful late-stage pipeline products, blockbuster patents expired, management not leading by example ("you work while I goof off and act like a Director"), many not fully engaged in their work, notion of working for a loser company, and lack of internal promotions.
