      Pros

      As there are lots of ongoing oncology clinical studies globally, you get to collaborate with other affiliates and members all over the world

      Cons

      Even though lots of members are from diverse background( ethnicity, countries, and culture) as the company is based in Japan, the work environment/mood is not flexible and stiff.

      This company has a culture that fits in with my very firm beliefs in fairness, integrity, respect for others, and a strong social conscience to make the areas they operate in better whether in health terms or financially. The UK has a visionary leadership team that is making decisions that will see Daiichi Sankyo thrive and expand into the decades to come.

      Cons

      If you want to be told what to do and not think for yourself then Daiichi Sankyo is not the place for you. You would be better off joining a machine that doesn’t welcome individual thought or questions.
