Great benefits, pay at management and above satisfactory,

Cons

Infighting within management teams, lack or leadership within the senior level, not forward thinking, values the sales force very little (high turnover of top performers), low salaries for entry level and are not competitive, nepotism is rampant and disruptive.

Company is young and receptive to new ideas, just be prepared to lead the efforts. Company is a good community partner with bright people.

Cons

Company is not adequately staffed in some areas which negates the company work/life balance policy. No real career growth for most employees.

Cons

Biased for Japanese employees, offices can be a bit nicer but this is an extremely minor detail
